  • This year's Passport Index rankings are out and India stands at 67th on the list.

  • India was ranked 67th, as it provides visa-free access to 25 countries, visa on arrival to 39 countries and for 134 countries, visa requirement is compulsory.

  • Which means you can travel to about 25 countries visa-free.

  • Last year, India was ranked 68th on the Passport Index. The ranking of the Indian passport, as per the index, has become stronger in the last five years. In 2015, India's rank was 77.

  • The UAE passport was ranking number 1.
  • The Germany passport was ranking number 2.
  • The U.S. and France passport ranking number 3.
